Deal of the Year Winner
Westlake served as exclusive financial advisor to Heath Consultants, a third-generation, family-owned Houston business founded in 1933, on the strategic divestiture of its 811 Locate Services Division to USIC, a national leader in underground utility locating services backed by Partners Group and Kohlberg.
Heldenfels Enterprises — Sale to Metromont
Westlake served as exclusive sell-side financial advisor to Heldenfels Enterprises, one of Texas’s most iconic industrial brands in precast and prestressed concrete manufacturing, on its sale to Metromont LLC, a Greenville, SC-based precast leader and member of the Markel family of companies. Heldenfels continues to operate under its own name as a Metromont company.
SENIOR CREDIT FACILITY – CHEMICALS
SolvChem — Senior Credit Facility
Westlake secured a senior credit facility from Amegy Bank for SolvChem, the largest independent chemical distributor in Texas and a 50+ year old, second-generation family business headquartered in Pearland. Capital was deployed to refinance existing debt and fund strategic growth — a transaction that required deep familiarity with the company’s capital structure and the right lender relationships to execute it.

Viking Fence Company
ACG Deal of the Year Finalist
Westlake served as exclusive financial advisor to Viking Fence – one of Texas’s most recognized infrastructure and services companies – in its acquisition by Dallas-based private equity firm Crossplane Capital, with a subsequent acquisition of Acorn Waste Solutions (a trusted provider of waste management, sanitation services, and event rentals throughout Central Texas).Â
