Since Joining Westlake in 2014, Matt has led or co-led 140 successful transactions, with a cumulative value exceeding $5 billion in private placement and M&A deals.
Additionally, Matt has invested in 13 private companies and has had a board role on several of these organizations. In the recent past, he served as an advisor to companies whose combined revenue totals more than $2 billion+.
Matt has an MBA in Banking, attended executive programs at Harvard and the University of Chicago, and holds FINRA series 6, 7, 63, 65, 24, 27 and 79 licenses. Originally from Hinsdale, IL, Matt and his family have lived in the Austin area for 15 years.
