Westlake Securities Welcomes New Hires

AUSTIN, TX - February 18, 2008 - In its continued expansion, Westlake Securities today announced the addition of two new investment bankers to the firm. Cory Allen and Ryan Foley recently joined the firm as a Vice President and a Senior Associate, respectively. The additions to the team illustrate the ongoing growth at Westlake as it continues to become one of the top mid-market investment banks in Texas.

Prior to joining Westlake, Mr. Allen was a Vice President for Lincoln International in Chicago, one of the leading global middle market M&A advisors. He has been involved in over twenty sell and buy-side transactions totaling more than $1.0 billion in transaction value in a wide variety of industries.

Mr. Foley joined Westlake directly from BMO Capital Markets in its Houston office, where he was an Associate in the firm's Energy & Power Investment & Corporate Banking Group where he worked on a variety of capital markets and M&A transactions. Prior to working at BMO, Mr. Foley worked at Janney Montgomery Scott, a full-service investment bank in Philadelphia. At Janney, he assisted senior bankers with the execution of investment banking transactions in a broad range of industries including IT services, basic industrials, life sciences and business services.
