Westlake Securities Announces Addition of Bradley S. Alexander
February 18, 2009HOUSTON, TX - February 18, 2009 - Westlake Securities is pleased to announce that Bradley S. Alexander will be joining the firm as a Director in the corporate finance group effective March 1, 2009. Mr. Alexander will join Randolph Ewing in the Houston office.

Mr. Alexander joins Westlake Securities from GulfStar Group where he worked since 2004 and led that firm's business development efforts in 2008. While at Gulfstar, Mr. Alexander led deal team execution of merger and acquisition engagements, private placements and advisory services for business owners, and financial sponsors.
Previously, Mr. Alexander was Vice President of Operations and board member for American Express Business Finance, a wholly-owned subsidiary of American Express Company and a Vice President of Finance in American Express Company in New York City. Prior to his tenure at American Express Company, Mr. Alexander held corporate development and financial executive roles at First Union Corporation, where he was involved in over 30 acquisition and integration efforts. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration with a finance concentration from Old Dominion University.
